Supporting a life worth living, through mental health.

If you've made it this far, you've likely already done the hardest part — deciding to look for someone. I try to make everything after that feel unremarkable: an honest conversation, at your pace, with someone glad you're here.
No pressure, no scripts — just a place to start.
Our place as men has shifted, and a lot of us are quietly rediscovering what that means. These are generational issues, not personal failings, and they deserve real attention.
Whether you've just been diagnosed or you've known for years, support starts with how your mind actually works, not how it's "supposed" to. I bring direct experience with ADHD, autism, and other presentations, and know what it takes to find your own way of working with yourself.
Changing careers, rebuilding direction, working out what matters now. Support here is about finding your way through the limbo and building a life worth living.
I don't bring a fixed method to every session. I listen, we explore what's going on together, and experiment with what might help — keeping what the evidence shows is actually working for you.
What therapy methods do I use?
I draw widely with a personal focus on Rogerian and Gestalt Therapy.
